This program follows the Wallingford School System Schedule- Students bring lunch from home and children are given time to socialize during lunch
- Bus transportation can be provided from Highland Elementary School if arranged by parents.
Learning Centers
- Outdoors: Run, play and climb on our playground equipment and sand box
- Gym Time: Soccer skills, kick ball, ball skills
- Large Motor: In our large muscle room on the balance bean, riding toys, parachute, basketball hoop, balls and tumbling mat
- Read Aloud, Music and Movement: Library, rhythm instruments, Lumi Sticks
- Creative Activities: Art creativity abounds/ includes woodworking projects
- Cooking: Children will help to prepare a nutritious snack
- Small Group Activities: math manipulatives, science experiments, building blocks, puzzles, play dough
- Quiet Activities: books, journaling
- Homework Time: Opportunity to do homework
